CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
The processing of personal data provided and/or inferred with the navigation of the website is carried out with the purpose of:
- Allow the management of the donation to be carried out, for the possible registration and for the provision of services reserved for registered users, or for operations that are instrumental.
- In addition, the data will be processed to provide news relating to the activities carried out by our association (via e-mail, mail and / or sms and/ or telephone contacts).

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Association’s contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of the forms present on the sites and the registration to the newsletter entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact details, as it is necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
We would like to inform you that your personal information will be corrected and used online and may be registered, conserved, or modified. All of the personal and sensitive information collected by the KIM Association is protected both online and offline in compliance with the current law, but only for the necessary time needed by the Association.
Personal data collected in accordance with the foregoing will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties, unless requested by the Judicial Authorities.
